Diab receives congratulatory cable from Emir of Kuwait

Lebanon - Prime Minister, Dr. Hassan Diab, on Tuesday received a congratulatory cable from the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, on the formation of the new government in Lebanon.
