AACCI Corporate member Fettayleh Foods welcomes visit from the Saudi Minister for Industry and the Ministerial delegation. 
Fettayleh Foods were honoured with a visit from H.E. Mr. Bandar Alkhorayef (Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources in Saudi Arabia) and the Ministerial Saudi Delegation along with President and National Chairman of the Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce Industry (AACCI), Mr. Mohamed Hage OAM to their Fettayleh Foods HQ, showcasing Fettayleh halal small goods and sharing their family story.
Mr. Jamal Fettayleh (Founder) along with his two sons Mr. Ahmad Fettayleh (CEO) and Mr. Mohamed Fettayleh (Executive Sales Export Manager) led the meeting with their traditional middle eastern hospitality showcasing the Fettayleh smallgoods spread, followed by a tour of the production facility, packing and distribution facility.
“We are proud to be here today with you, sharing our humble Australian story where it started back in 1994 by my father Jamal, opening the first local halal butchery in Punchbowl called “Abu Ahmad Butchery” then growing the family business to be the halal household brand in Australia as we know it today “Fettayleh Foods” which is available in all Australian major supermarkets nationally”, said Mr. Ahamad Fettayleh (CEO).
AACCI President and National Chairman, Mr. Mohamed Hage OAM said “Fettayleh foods have demonstrated how Australian start-up companies can scale up their ability to foster export markets through value creation and food manufacturing”.
Saudi Arabia is providing opportunities into sectors such as food manufacturing and distribution that is becoming increasingly important due to the supply and global value chain disruptions. 
“The rapid domestic development in Saudi Arabia also presents several opportunities for Australian exporters like Fettayleh Foods to be part of the growth in entrepreneurship, industrialisation and food manufacturing across the MENA region”, Mr. Hage said
