Sydney - M. E. Times Int'l: NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian visited the St. Charbel monastery in Punchbowl and was received by Rev. Fr. Dr. Louis Ferkh and a number of monks and parishioners. She congratulated the Most Reverend Abbott Naamtallah Hachem, the Superiri General of the Lebanese Maronite Order, on the occasion of the ordination of the priests, Fr. Anthony Charbel Al-Kazzi and Fr. Michael Sandrussi. She wished the new priests all the success and for Abbott Hashem a successful visit to Australia.

On this occasion NSW Premier, Mrs. Berjeklian, made a short statement in the book of honor which includes as follows:

On the occasion of the ordination of Fr. Anthony El-Kazzi and Fr Michael Sandrussi and the canonical visit of the most Reverend Abbott Naamtallah Hachem.

I offer my heartfelt, best wishes to the Maronite community of NSW on this very important occasion.

I have no doubt the newly ordained fathers will continue to uphold their spiritual mission.
