October 14, 2021

Lebanon - MP Shamil Roukoz tweeted on his Twitter account: "There are constants that are forbidden to be discussed or waived:

First: Strengthening the path of truth and justice without any political consideration, red lines, protection or immunity for any person.

Second: Consolidating the principle of separation of powers, rejecting the politicization of the judicial process, and continuing the investigation in accordance with the law without discretion.

Third: limiting the investigation of the Beirut port crime to the judicial and legal framework, rejecting the logic of threatening the confronting streets that threatens the security situation, rejecting populist reviews, and not turning the file of the bombing of the capital into sectarian, partisan or regional slogans.
