Cheaper parking coming to Justice Precinct in Parramatta
14 April 2025
(See translation in Arabic section)
Sydney-Middle East Times Int'l:
Parking in Parramatta has become even more affordable with Council reducing the cost to use the Justice Precinct public car park.
Motorists will pay only $14 when parking at the Justice Precinct car park between 4 and 18 hours as part of a new trial running until 30 June 2025.
It joins Parramatta Station Car Park with the same reduced fee.
City of Parramatta Lord Mayor Cr Martin Zaiter said the price reduction shows Council is doing their bit to help ease the cost of living.
“Parramatta is open for business and we want to make it as easy to access as possible,” Cr Zaiter said.
“This price reduction trial will make the Justice Precinct car park more attractive for workers, residents and visitors to use knowing that their vehicle is also safe and secure.
“We understand the cost of living challenges people are facing, which is why we’re trialling new initiatives to help ease the pressure.”
Following the trial, Council will assess the usage of the car park.

Entry for the Justice Precinct Car Park is off Hunter Street near the corner of O’Connell Street, Parramatta and the car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week Monday to Sunday.
City of Parramatta is currently upgrading its car parks across the CBD, including the Parramatta Station, Justice Precinct and Eat Street carparks to make them ticketless with new modern features such as EV chargers, a Parking Guidance System (PSG), CCTV and clear colour identification for each floor of the
multi-storey buildings.
