Sydney-Middle East Times Int'l:: Al-Jadeed TV reported "a displacement movement from Lebanese border towns with Syria towards Hermel following intensified shelling" from the Syrian side.
The Syrian-Lebanese border is witnessing clashes after three Syrian gunmen were killed inside Lebanese territory after attempting to cross the border. However, the Syrian Ministry of Defense accused Hezbollah of killing three Syrian army personnel inside Syria and transporting them to Lebanon. Hezbollah categorically denied this, recalling a previous statement in which it asserted no connection to the events inside Syria. |
