KUWAIT-- Kuwait Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah held talks on Sunday with President of the 67th session of the UN General Assembly Abdulla Shahid on the sidelines of the session of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Sheikh Dr. Ahmad leads Kuwait delegation to NAM senior-level session being held in Belgrade, Serbia, from October 11 to 12, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Movement.

During the meeting, the Kuwaiti minister congratulated Shahid, of the Maldives, on the achievements he made during his leadership of the UNGA 76th session, "the presidency of hope." Sheikh Dr. Ahmad expressed Kuwait's desire to work more closely with the UNGA for opening more horizons of peace and security across the globe, whishing the UNGA President success in his mission.
