Kuwaiti diplomat hands in credentials to Canada's Governor-General 16/11/2019 WASHINGTON-- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Canada Reem Al-Khaled handed in her credentials to the Governor-General of Canada Julie Payette, said a statement Saturday. Speaking to KUNA, Ambassador Al-Khaled commended the strong relations linking Kuwait and Canada, revealing that diplomatic relations have been going strong for around 50 years.
