Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman welcomed the efforts of the sisterly Saudi Arabia to reach the Riyadh agreement between some Yemeni parties.

The Sultanate hopes that this will lead to a comprehensive political settlement to end the current crisis in the sisterly Republic of Yemen, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said on Tuesday.
