HM Sultan Qaboos pardons 257 prisoners

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, pardoned 257 prisoners, including 131 foreigners, convicted in different cases. The Royal pardon coincides with the 47th National Day and in consideration of families of those prisoners.
