OMAN: Eid al Fitr holidays from June 24 to 29

On the occasion of the blessed Eid al Fitr 1438 AH and as per the Royal orders of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidy, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, Chairman of the Civil Service Council, issued a decision stating that Eid al Fitr holiday for employees in the ministries, public authorities and other departments of the state administrative apparatus will start from Saturday 29th Ramadhan 1438 AH, corresponding to June 24.

Work will resume on Sunday July 2.

Shawwal 1438 AH moon-sighting will be declared by the competent authorities.

The official working hours after Eid al Fitr holiday will be as it were prior to the holy month of Ramadhan.
