CAIRO –President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi took security checkpoint men in Cairo by surprise at iftar time, Wednesday,  shook hands with everyone and had Iftar with them.

On June 7, Sisi took part in the iftar meal organized by the Armed Forces on the occasion of the Ramadan victory. Sisi also addressed a short statement to the men in attendance.

During the annual iftar Sisi held for women on June 4. He appreciated the role Egyptian women play in political, social and economic life, urging them to be patient with recent economic decisions the government took.
