MESSAGE FROM THE HON. RAY WILLIAMS MP

Minister for Multiculturalism

RAMADAN 2017

(Translation of this article appears in Arabic section)

I am delighted to send my best wishes to everyone in New South Wales preparing for the blessed month of Ramadan.

This holiest month of the Islamic calendar is a time for spiritual reflection, devotion, acts of charity and fasting.

I have been privileged to meet many Muslim communities as Minister for Multiculturalism, and wish to thank them for their commitment to social harmony and respectful dialogue.

I wish everyone a happy and peaceful Ramadan – Ramadan Mubarak.

Ray Williams MP
