UAE delivers more humanitarian aid to Yemenis in Mokha

MOKHA: The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, yesterday delivered 5000 food packages, 85 tents and 250 blankets to residents of Yemen's Red Sea city of Mokha to help ease the harsh humanitarian conditions caused by the current developments in the country.

The initiative is part of the UAE humanitarian arm's efforts to improve the humanitarian situation across Yemen.

The residents said they were in dire need for the UAE's timely assistance.

They thanked the humanitarian agency for supporting them and wished for continued security, stability and prosperity for the UAE.
