Abdullah bin Zayed meets Chief of Government of Buenos Aires, visits Government new seat

BUENOS AIRES, 6th February, 2016 (WAM) – H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, has met Horacio Rodriguez Larreta, Chief of Government of Buenos Aires, at the new headquarters of the autonomous government of Buenos Aires City, capital of Argentine, to discuss ways to enhance co-operation between the two countries.

The meeting came during a visit by the UAE Foreign Minister to the new government seat at the invitation of Larreta and a number of Argentinian senior officials.

During the meeting, Larreta welcomed Sheikh Abdullah, expressing his hope that the visit would further strengthen relations between the two countries in all fields. They reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them at all levels in the context of on-going communication and co-ordination between the two sides.

While touring the new government headquarters, Sheikh Abdullah was briefed by the Deputy Chief of Government of Buenos Aires about the eco-friendly building.

At the conclusion of the tour, Larreta presented the guest of honour certificate to Sheikh Abdullah, who in turn, signed the guestbook.
