Saudi King meets His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah
Saudi King hosts Kuwait Prime Minister
KUWAIT-- Saudi King Salman bin Abulaziz Al Saud Tuesday met His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation, in presence of Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Mohammad bin Salman.
Emerging from the meeting, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled said he was honored to meet the Saudi King and the Crown Prince, to whom he conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, wishing the kingdom perpetual progress and prosperity.
Voicing much happiness at his visit to the kingdom, the Kuwaiti prime minister said Saudi Arabia and Kuwait enjoy close and time-tested fraternal bonds.
He quoted the Saudi king as having stressed brotherly and historical relations between both countries, calling for promoting and developing bilateral cooperation in various fields that serve mutual interests.
His Highness the Prime Minister added that he had listened to the Saudi king's views on an array of regional and international issues and the latest global developments, speaking highly of his insight and shrewdness.
He noted that his visit to the kingdom reflected historical relations between both countries and showed appreciation for the kingdom's balanced policy and efforts to safeguard regional security and stability.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled voiced much thanks and appreciation to the kingdom's leadership, government and people for warm welcome and hospitality he was accorded during his visit.
Afterwards, the Saudi king held a luncheon banquet in honor of His Highness the Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation.
His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled then left the kingdom following a fraternal visit.
